Does it work without a Wi-Fi connection?
Yes, once its meals are scheduled. If it loses its connection, it keeps serving them: only control from the app is interrupted. In a power outage, 3 AA batteries (not included) take over within seconds and scheduled meals are still served.
How many meals per day?
You choose the number of meals yourself in the app. For each meal, you set the time and the number of portions, so you can stick to a precise ration, including the one recommended by your vet.
Can I trigger a meal remotely?
Yes. A button in the app serves a portion immediately, on top of the scheduled meals. Handy if you get home late, or if your cat needs an extra meal on a given day.
How long does a 5 L hopper last?
That depends on the portions you schedule. The clear hopper shows the level at a glance, and the app alerts you when it needs refilling.
What kibble can I use in this food dispenser with a camera?
Regular, freeze-dried or air-dried kibble in a variety of shapes. The anti-jam system and wide outlet opening keep dispensing smooth. Wet food and pouches are not suitable.
Can my cat help themselves to more?
No. The hopper is closed with its lid, so your cat can't get in. Only the scheduled portions are dispensed, which prevents overfeeding and protects their digestion.
Is it easy to clean?
Yes. The stainless steel bowls and the hopper come out and can be washed. Only the base, which contains the electronics, can't be washed.
Is it suitable for two cats?
Yes, in the Double version: kibble is served into two stainless steel bowls. The Single version has just one.

Everything is set up from your phone, in four steps. Download the Tuya Smart app, turn on location and Bluetooth, connect your phone to your router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (not 5 GHz), then add the dispenser in the app. You can then set the number of meals and portions directly.
