Order Preparation

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 2 to 6 business days. The total time between payment validation and receipt of your package is estimated between 2 and 6 business days.

These times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

For orders under 50 EUR in metropolitan France:

Standard delivery: 4.99 EUR
Express delivery DHL / UPS: 10.99 EUR

Free delivery from 50 EUR of purchase in France and Belgium.

Belgium: costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and selected carrier.

We currently deliver to metropolitan France and Belgium. For any other destination, contact us before placing an order.

Order Tracking

A confirmation email containing your tracking number is sent to you upon shipment. You can track your order at any time from the Track My Order page available in the site footer.

Lost or Damaged Package
