5 written answers for this specific product, not generalities.
Is it too small for a big cat?
No. At 4.5 cm in diameter and 72 g, it's just as easy to bat with a paw as to carry in the mouth, from kitten to adult cat.
How long does a charge last?
4 h of play for 1 to 2 h of charging. It charges via USB-C, and a three-color LED indicator shows you the level of the 150 mAh battery.
Does it play on its own, without me?
Yes. Switch it on, set it on the floor, and it rolls, bounces and changes direction on its own to awaken your cat's hunting instinct.
What is the delivery time?
Ships within 24 business hours and arrives in 2 to 6 business days. A tracking number is sent as soon as your package leaves. Free shipping on orders over €50; otherwise €4.99.
Can I return it if it isn't right?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Email support@catedo.com before sending anything back; our French customer service answers 7 days a week.
