Everything you need to know about this product.
10 written answers for this specific product, not generalities.
How tall is this XXL cat tree?
184 cm. This height meets the need for a vantage point among large cats, who only feel secure when they can look down on all the furniture in the room.
Is this cat tree suitable for several cats?
Yes, this cat tree was designed for large sizes and homes with several cats. Its tiered levels let each one take a height of their own, which limits territorial friction.
What beds does it offer?
Two houses, an extra-large hammock and a double perch. The houses serve as retreats, the hammock is for long naps and the perches work as lookout posts.
Is the scratching post made of natural sisal?
Yes, this cat tree uses natural sisal. It is the fibre cats prefer for keeping their claws in shape, and the only one that stands up to daily scratching over time without falling apart.
Does it go with a Scandinavian interior?
Yes. Its sage green and beige tones were chosen for Scandinavian or contemporary interiors. This cat tree blends in as a decorative piece rather than furniture you have to hide.
Is this cat tree stable enough for a Maine Coon?
Yes. Its structure is sized for large cats. For safe use at this height, place the cat tree on a level floor against a wall, then retighten the hardware on the upper levels after a few weeks.
Does assembly take long?
No, this cat tree is quick and intuitive to assemble. At 184 cm, building it with two people makes it easier to square up the column before the final tightening of the upper platforms.
How do I care for it day to day?
Vacuum the hammock and the perches of this cat tree once a week with a soft brush head, and brush the sisal dry. Do not wet the posts: moisture softens the fibre.
What is the delivery time?
Ships within 24 business hours and arrives in 2 to 6 business days. A tracking number is sent as soon as your package leaves. Free shipping on orders over €50; otherwise €4.99.
Can I return it after delivery?
Yes, within 14 calendar days, with the cat tree unused and in its original packaging. Contact support@catedo.com before sending anything back. Our French customer service answers 7 days a week, from 9 am to 8 pm.
