Everything you need to know about this product.
9 written answers for this specific product, not generalities.
How is this floor-to-ceiling cat tree secured?
It braces between the floor and the ceiling, with height adjustment. Set up in a corner, it turns an unused nook into a vertical route without taking up any walking space.
How many levels does this corner cat tree have?
Five levels to explore make up this cat tree. This progression lets the cat climb in short steps rather than big jumps, which keeps the course accessible even for less agile cats.
What is the transparent perch?
A built-in translucent platform that serves as a lookout post. Your cat can see through it, which satisfies the need to keep watch over the room even while lying down, and it's a big hit with the whole household.
Is it suitable for climbers like the Bengal?
Yes, this cat tree is aimed at sporty, climbing cats, from the Bengal to the Siamese by way of the Maine Coon. Its floor-to-ceiling fitting takes energetic ascents that a free-standing column would handle poorly.
What beds does it offer?
A snug condo, a cozy hammock and a round basket, in addition to the transparent perch. The condo is for retreating, the hammock for suspended naps. Four resting spots at different heights.
Is the sisal durable?
Yes. The scratching posts on this cat tree are made of high-strength natural sisal, suited to athletic cats who scratch hard. The quality of the fiber determines how long a scratching post lasts.
Is it stable and safe?
Yes. Bracing it between floor and ceiling makes this cat tree very stable. To keep it safe, check the tension after a few days and then every two months, and make sure the ceiling is solid.
How do I care for it?
Brush the sisal on this cat tree dry, vacuum the condo and the hammock every week, and wipe the transparent perch with a soft cloth. Take the opportunity to check the tension of the column.
What is the delivery time?
Ships within 24 business hours and arrives in 2 to 6 business days. A tracking number is sent as soon as your package leaves. Free shipping on orders over €50; otherwise €4.99.
