Everything you need to know about this product.
10 written answers for this specific product, not generalities.
How tall is this natural wood cat tree?
126 cm, in deliberately understated proportions. Tall enough to offer a useful lookout, compact enough not to dominate a medium-sized room.
Does it go with polished decor?
Yes. The natural wood and clean design of this cat tree let it fit in without clashing, where a model in coloured carpet forces an aesthetic compromise in a carefully styled living room.
Where does my cat rest?
In the cosy hideaway built into this cat tree, or on the stable perch up high. An enclosed refuge and an open post, which the cat alternates depending on the moment and what is going on in the house.
Is the scratching post on this cat tree hard-wearing?
Yes. This cat tree uses durable sisal. This fiber stands up to daily scratching without unraveling, which directly determines how long your cat will keep using it.
Is it stable and safe?
Yes. Its structure is ultra-stable at this height. For safe use, place this cat tree on a level floor backed against a wall and check that the hardware is still tight after a few weeks.
Is assembly quick?
Yes, this cat tree goes together quickly. Build the base, stand the column up, fit the hideaway then the perch, and finish with a gradual overall tightening.
Is it suitable for an average-sized apartment?
Yes. At 126 cm with restrained proportions, this cat tree finds its place in a living room without creating the bulk of a 1.80 m column standing in the middle of it.
How do I care for it?
Easily: a soft, barely damp cloth on the wood, a soft brush attachment on the house and perch each week, and dry brushing for the sisal.
How long does delivery take?
Ships within 24 business hours and arrives in 2 to 6 business days. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the package leaves. Free shipping on orders over €50, otherwise €4.99.
How do I return it if it doesn't suit us?
Email support@catedo.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
