Everything you need to know about this product.
10 written answers for this specific product, not generalities.
How does this cat tree hide the litter box?
In a low grey wood cabinet with ventilated panels, sitting beneath this cat tree. The casing conceals the tray while letting air circulate, which avoids trapping odours.
What size of litter box does this cat tree with litter box cover accept?
Up to 62.2 × 38 cm. Measure your current litter box before ordering: anything larger won't fit in the lower cabinet.
How much weight can the platforms hold?
Up to 10 kg each, on a reinforced MDF structure. That capacity comfortably covers an adult cat, including a large one.
What is above the cabinet?
The upper part of this cat tree brings together a hideaway, a soft basket and several levels for climbing, watching and resting. The unit therefore combines a toilet corner and a living space.
Does it really save space?
Yes. This cat tree gathers the litter corner, the bed and the play area into a single floor footprint, where those three functions usually take up three separate spots in the home.
Is it stable and safe?
Yes. The lower cabinet gives this cat tree a wide footing and a low center of gravity, which makes it very stable. Check that the enclosure is square during assembly for a perfectly safe result.
Is assembly simple?
Assembly of this cat tree starts with the low cabinet. Take the time to check that it is square before putting the upper part on: that is the point which guarantees a level result.
How do I clean it, litter box included?
Wipe the wooden panels of this cat tree with a damp cloth then dry them, and vacuum the hideaway and the basket every week. Going over the cabinet more often limits scattered granules.
How long does delivery take?
Ships within 24 business hours and arrives in 2 to 6 business days. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the package leaves. Free shipping on orders over €50, otherwise €4.99.
Can it be returned?
Yes, within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the cat tree unused and in its original packaging. Contact support@catedo.com before sending anything back. French customer service 7 days a week, from 9 am to 8 pm.
