Everything you need to know about this product.
9 written answers for this specific product, not generalities.
How tall is this natural wood flower cat tree?
92 cm, on a stable round base. A modest height, designed for decorative use in a living space rather than for a full climbing course.
Is the trunk made of real wood?
Yes, the trunk of this cat tree is real wood, topped by two daisy-shaped platforms. Solid wood gives the structure a rigidity a cardboard tube wrapped in carpet cannot match.
Where will my cat scratch?
On the natural jute rope wrapped around the trunk of this cat tree. Jute, a little softer than sisal, suits cats who scratch moderately while still protecting your furniture effectively.
Does it include toys?
Yes, hanging pompoms come with this cat tree. They move at the slightest passing and wake up the hunting instinct, which helps a great deal in getting the structure adopted in the first few days.
Is this cat tree suitable for an active cat like a Bengal?
Yes. This cat tree was designed with active breeds in mind, including the Bengal. Its daisy platforms and pom-poms encourage movement, which meets the need for exercise these cats have indoors.
Is the round base stable?
Yes. Its round base keeps this cat tree stable at 92 cm. For safe use, set it up on a level floor, without a thick rug that would create a false level, and tighten the hardware after a few weeks.
Is assembly simple?
This cat tree goes together with the supplied fittings. First fix the trunk to the round base, check it is upright, then fit the daisy platforms and the pompoms last.
How do I care for the jute?
Brush the jute rope on this cat tree dry to remove loose fibres, never wetting it. Vacuum the daisy platforms once a week with a soft brush head.
How long does delivery take?
Ships within 24 business hours and arrives in 2 to 6 business days. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the package leaves. Free shipping on orders over €50, otherwise €4.99.
