Everything you need to know about this product.
10 written answers for this specific product, not generalities.
Is this small cat tree suitable for an apartment?
Yes, this cat tree was designed for homes where every centimetre counts. Its 80 cm pack a hideaway, a basket and a perch into a small floor footprint, without cutting into your living space.
Is this cat tree suitable for kittens?
Yes, this cat tree suits kittens and small cats. The gaps between levels stay short, which lets a young cat climb up confidently from the very first days.
Where can my cat hide?
In the hideaway on this cat tree, where they slip in to curl up. An enclosed refuge counts double in a small home, where the cat often has nowhere away from the traffic.
What elevated bed does it offer?
A 30 cm basket and a large padded perch. The soft plush basket is for long naps, the elevated perch for keeping watch over the territory. Two clearly different positions.
Does the sisal protect the sofa?
Yes, if placed next to the sofa. The natural sisal scratcher on this cat tree gives your cat a solid surface for its claws. Place it near the piece of furniture it usually targets: that position gives the best results.
Does it include a toy?
Yes, a hanging pompom comes with this cat tree. It is often enough to set off bursts of activity, which helps a great deal in getting the structure adopted in the very first days.
Is it stable and safe?
Yes. Its modest height naturally limits the risk of tipping. For safe use, set this cat tree up on a level floor, backed against a wall, and tighten the hardware after a few weeks of use.
Is assembly easy?
Yes, this cat tree is easy to set up. Few parts, fittings supplied: assemble on level flooring, tighten everything gradually, then put the structure in its final spot.
How do I clean the plush?
Vacuum the basket and the perch of this cat tree every week with a soft brush head, then run a rubber brush over it to lift embedded hair. Brush the sisal dry, with no water.
How long does delivery take?
Ships within 24 business hours and arrives in 2 to 6 business days. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the package leaves. Free shipping on orders over €50, otherwise €4.99.
