Everything you need to know about this product.
9 written answers for this specific product, not generalities.
How tall is this mushroom cat tree?
143 cm, with tiered platforms to climb. Tall enough to give a real vertical route, without the visual presence of a two-meter column in a living space.
Can my cat hide in it?
Yes, this cat tree includes an enclosed hideaway where the cat can withdraw completely, and a cosy perch on top. Alternating between a closed refuge and an open post covers both of a cat's needs through the day.
Is this cat tree suitable for large cats?
Yes. Its durable wood structure was designed for large cats and multi-cat households. This cat tree can therefore handle bigger cats, as long as it's placed on a level floor and against a wall.
Does the sisal cover the whole structure?
Yes, natural sisal scratching posts are spread over the whole height of this cat tree. The cat can therefore scratch at floor level or at full stretch, which are two different movements a single post does not allow.
Are the decorative mushrooms included?
Yes, the mushroom decorations are part of this cat tree, and the fittings are also included in the box. There is nothing else to buy to get the look shown in the product photos.
Is it stable with several cats?
Yes. Its durable wood structure is built for multi-cat use. To stay perfectly safe, this cat tree needs to be placed plumb, backed against a wall, with its hardware tightened again after a few weeks of use.
How do I clean it?
Vacuum the platforms and the hideaway of this cat tree every week with a soft brush head. Brush the sisal dry to remove loose fibres. Keep water away from the posts, as it softens and slackens the fibre.
How long does delivery take?
Ships within 24 business hours and arrives in 2 to 6 business days. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the package leaves. Free shipping on orders over €50, otherwise €4.99.
Can it be returned after delivery?
Yes, within 14 calendar days, with the cat tree unused and put back in its original packaging. Contact support@catedo.com before sending anything back. Our French customer service answers 7 days a week, from 9 am to 8 pm.
